There are so many parodies online that sometimes it’s hard to tell when something’s real. At least it is for me. I get a little case of the gullible’s every once in a while.
Anyway, when I saw this website that my husband’s co-worker sent to him, I couldn’t believe it was real: Dollar Shave Club. It looks and sounds like a Saturday Night Live commercial — like “Oops I Crapped My Pants” or “Bad Idea Jeans” (which, incidentally, Verizon has stolen for real. . .).
But Dollar Shave Club is an actual company. And this commercial is. . . well, just watch for yourself.
I love this guy. I love the bear. I love Alejandra. I’m probably going to ditch my fancy pink razors and get these just because they show a toddler holding a razor over a guy’s head. And no, I’m not getting paid to write this. Although I really should be. . .
I swear, it’s like I get more gullibler every day.
